Anamika Shreevastava is a postdoctoral researcher at Caltech and an affiliate of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Her research focuses on the intricate interplay between cities and extreme weather events. Using a combination of numerical weather modeling, remote sensing, and complex systems science, she investigates the emergence and impacts of extreme heat in cities worldwide.
